Our Mental Health and Wellbeing programme is designed to equip participants with essential mental health knowledge, practical skills, and strategies to foster a supportive workplace culture and enhance personal and organisational wellbeing.

What we cover.

Participants delve into definitions of mental health, gaining insights into common issues such as anxiety, depression, and stress. Through interactive discussions and real-life scenarios, they learn to recognize early signs and symptoms of mental health challenges in themselves and others. Practical sessions focus on stress management techniques, including deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, and visualization, empowering participants to proactively manage stress in their daily lives.

We delve deeper into building resilience—a crucial skill for navigating adversity and maintaining mental wellbeing. Participants engage in activities that enhance their resilience, such as cognitive restructuring and problem-solving strategies. The importance of mindfulness and emotional intelligence is explored through practical exercises aimed at fostering self-awareness, self-regulation, and empathy. The afternoon session shifts focus to promoting work-life balance—a cornerstone of sustainable wellbeing. Participants learn effective time management techniques, boundary-setting strategies, and ways to prioritize personal and professional commitments. They develop personalized wellbeing plans tailored to their unique needs, incorporating actionable goals and resources for ongoing support.
